A WhatsApp-first support tool for Shopify stores that automatically answers 'where is my order?' When a customer messages the store, it finds their order and replies with the status and tracking link. If it can't understand the question or find the order, it hands the conversation to a person on the store's team.
In development
A Shopify app that checks whether a store's inventory numbers can be trusted. It scans products and stock levels and shows a short, plain-language list of problems with a clear fix for each. The scan is read-only.
